• Financial Industry Knowledge Understanding: A solid understanding of the financial industry. Be able to clearly explain common financial product.
• Project & Release Management Expertise: Understand project management methodologies and product release processes. Preferably have hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Release Manager.
• SQL Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency with SQL.
• Technical Solution Assessment: Capable understanding and enhancing technical solutions, with the ability to evaluate how effectively a technical solution addresses business requirements and challenges.
• Fluent English speaking is mandatory. Since this role need to work closely with SG team members 【岗位职责】
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity and comprehensive coverage of requirements.
• Backlog Refinement: Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the Product Owner and development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and readiness for development.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes, identifying dependencies and potential risks.
• Functional Design: Design business flows, create prototypes and user stories, and support the product team in defining detailed requirements for the features they are producing.
• Short – Medium Term Work Funnel Management: Ensure that the team has sufficient work lined up and that there are always enough items that are ready to be worked on or at least the next 2 sprint. Flag any issues in the backlog immediately.
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the squad's progress, escalating when necessary.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key squad metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, burndown charts, lead time) to provide transparency and progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross Functional Coordination (Squad Level): Facilitate communication and collaboration within the squad and with other squads or external teams when dependencies exist.
• Change Management: Manage Change Requests (CRs) and follow up with the change team, liaising with Tech and Engineering Leads. Act as Release Manager on CR releases. 工作时间：朝九晚六，上下班可弹性半小时，人性化，不加班 面试流程：须用电脑，线上视频面试， 项目长期稳定，核心项目，技术提升快 外企项目，英语口语良好
