IT支持工程师（Onsite）

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责：

• Communicate with users for PC remaster and make daily remaster plan
• Daily remaster covers about 6 PCs / person / day
• Make clear and accurate inventory management for all devices / cables / accessories in service period
• Report to Airbus on weekly bases for progress
• Report to Airbus on deviation vs Airbus standards during service implementation , and only setup deviation with Airbus approval
• Onsite troubleshooting and support to end user following Installation Guide
• Update installation following the Guide Manually
• Trouble shooting and problem solving onsite at end user ' s location (office)
• Escalate issue to Airbus which is not covered by installation Guide and training
• Maintain Security compliance on PC workstations
• Support security products installed on PC Master if missing
• Ensure security compliance level defined by Airbus can be reached
• Fix non - compliance PCs
• Comply with Airbus China SLA
• If due to the Irresistible cause lead to Project delay , need to negotiate between both parties 任职要求：
• Bachelor ' s degree , Computer Science major is preferred
• Must have At least 2 years ' experience in IT fields work as Service desk or onsite support engineer .
• Must have good English on reading , writing , speaking , and listening Certifications preferred .
• Good communication skills with both local people and foreigners .
• Good verbal and written communication skills and confidence dealing with people at all levels of an International organization .
• A passion for customer service with a high degree of patience and empathy
• Excellent time management skills .
• Can work under pressure and perform multi tasks in a tight timeframe .
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams .
• Reliability and dependability , taking ownership of anything that comes your way .
• Experience on Knowledge of desktop / laptop hardware , down to component level .
• Ability to identify common problems and take appropriate repair procedures .
• Adequate knowledge about anti - virus and patch management on PC .
• Experience with Windows operating system and software , Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Basic troubleshooting of server and networking components , such as Active Directory , LAN , TCP / IP .
