该职位来源于猎聘 Position Objective: Help team on AI Solutions Lead and development. And help provide AI architecture solution and project proposal. Lead developer for AI solutions implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• AI &
  • GenAI Strategy Define enterprise AI architecture with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. Such as Develop AI blueprints for document automation, conversational AI, and intelligent underwriting, Personilty Content Generation, Marketing Campaign journey AI-Driven, Workflow AI Driven, Coding AI Asistant tool, Knowledge Management System AI Driven etc..

• Solution Design &
  • Delivery Architect and implement AI platforms leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services. Design secure, scalable solutions integrated with life insurance systems (policy admin, CRM, actuarial tools).

• Governance &
  • Compliance Establish AI governance for model explainability, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to data privacy and ethical AI standards.

• Innovation &
  • Leadership Drive adoption of Generative AI for document summarization, claims automation, and personalized customer experiences. Evaluate emerging Azure AI capabilities and recommend integration strategies.

• Team Enablement Mentor data scientists and engineers on Azure AI best practices and

MLOps. Promote innovation and continuous learning across teams. Responsible for the implementation and delivery of solutions, and build solutions for AI Azure Cloud infrastructure services.

Minimum Job Requirements: Experience

• 8 years in IT architecture, 3 years in AI/ML solution design.
• Proven experience in Generative AI and Azure AI stack.
• Life insurance or financial services domain knowledge preferred.

  Technical

  Skills:

• Expertise in Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, data engineering, microservices, and containerization (AKS/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with insurance data models, risk scoring, and regulatory compliance. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and ability to translate AI concepts into business value.

  Preferred

  Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and AI-driven document processing.
• Certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF. 其他信息
