AI-Assisted Development and Continuous Learning • Proven ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to accelerate learning, solution design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Capable of rapidly acquiring knowledge in new business domains through AI-assisted research and analysis, reducing onboarding and knowledge ramp-up time.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to understand and modernize legacy applications, accelerate code analysis, impact assessment, and technical knowledge transfer.
- Demonstrated experience in applying AI to improve development productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, maintainability, and compliance.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, validate technical accuracy, identify risks, and ensure production-ready deliverables.
