该职位来源于猎聘 Role Overview We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer with experience in Java development, cloud technologies, and modern observability practices. The role focuses on building reliable,cloud-native backend services and supporting production systems to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities 1、Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot. 2、Deploy and operate applications on cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments. 3、Implement observability (metrics, tracing, logging) using OpenTelemetry. 4、Collaborate on data persistence designs and work with existing databases. 5、Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis. 6、Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications 1、Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred). 2、Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and/or on-premise infrastructure. 3、Experience with observability tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry). 4、Understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems. 5、Production support experience, including on-call responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
