主要职责：

• 作为生产工厂关键技术服务支持成员，您将负责热泵及其他能量转换产品的技术服务支持，并推动现场质量持续改进。并负责无锡压缩机技术服务新项目的技术支持。
• 为客户中心提供高效、专业和及时的技术服务支持。
• 通过主动的故障报告跟踪，不断提高产品质量
• 在产品开发中发挥积极作用，以确保最高水平的可维护性和最低的生命周期成本
• 提供准确和最新的服务信息，涵盖负责产品的整个系统
• 为遍布全球的主要客户中心提供专业的技术培训和现场支持
• 持续改进技术支持流程。

教育要求：

• 本科或以上学历
• 热能与动力工程、制冷、化工机械专业优先
• 具备热力学、压缩机、制冷和低温学知识。
• 良好英语和展示能力

经验要求：

• 3年以上空压机、热泵、蒸汽压缩机或类似产品工作经验
• 技术支持、设计、现场服务或质量经验者优先

其他要求：

• 良好的沟通和协作能力
• 较强的解决问题能力和结果导向意识
• 愿意国内或海外出差，包括海外工厂、客户中心和终端客户
