Main Responsibilities

  • Promote all AST software to the defined region and reach the sales target of each year • Continues to develop new accounts, sales strategy and extend AST business scope • Maintain good relation with key persons of responsible accounts • Be responsible for the commercial execution of the contract and make sure the full payment is obtained • Provide market information and customer feedback about AST products to the product development team in HQ • Align with other AVL business units to achieve joint sales opportunities • Develop the sales strategy of AST products, including:  Work with technical team to develop right solutions to meet customer’s needs in order to increase AVL’s competitiveness  Make short term and long term business development plan to achieve sustainable sales growth • Communicate with HQ to make sure the market needs from China are reflected in the product development plan Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree or above • Sufficient sales experience with impressive sales records • Experience in managing people • Familiar with CAE software business and Automotive industry • Familiar with the mainstream simulation tools applied in the automotive industry • Excellent oral & written English • Be able to make business trips
