【技术外派岗位】 【工作地点：上海浦东前滩捷豹路虎】 【岗位要求：8年以上相关经验，英语口语流利， 车身开发工程师/车身项目工程师/车身技术型项目管理背景，熟悉白车身结构、冲压（Stamping）、铝合金高压压铸（Alu HDPC）、铝型材（Alu Extrusion）】 Project management of JLR China BIW LVT project General: Professional working proficiency in English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively collaborate with global engineering teams and China suppliers. Bachelor degree at least, master is a plus, PMP is a plus with 8 year experiences in Body Structure, Low volume tooling supply and Validation building experiences are plus. Capability on CATIA / GD&T / SCSS.

Fast learning / Quick response / logic thinking / target orientation to solve the unexpected issues. Coordinating the business with JLR UK stakeholder and CN suppliers (part, material, fixings, adhesive, logistic companies, et.). Risk identification and in time escalation.

Supplier management regarding time/quality/cost. Technical / manufacturing Background knowledge (stamping, Alu HDPC, Alu Extrusion, etc.) is needed to understand the product handle tech/manufacturing issue.

Lessens

Learning collection during projects / regular reports as needed. ECR management and cost tracking throughout the entire project development. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Stage: Send RFQ Data, making/cascade cost pack, QAF template, coop with Procurement team QAF collection and issue solving.

Building CAD Tree, BOM List, Analyzing the nature of material grade, standard parts, adhesive, joining techs. Co-determine the material issue strategy with UK VB team and CoC. Ensure the material supply strategy works for the project.

Tooling

Align the manufacturing process to the target of design intention / part quality / time / cost. Audit the tooling operation / gauge / holding fixture and tooling material strategy with UK VB team. Process the tooling orders – purchasing order.

Process the ERA for tooling casting and machining. Raw material / fixings / adhesive Tracking the technical state changes in JLR Ensure the material supply goes well - on time on quality supply. Engineering data release Tracking and pushing the data release process for VB0/1/2/etc. with correct data revision of ERA.

Tracking and pushing the issue of Piece orders corresponding VB0/1/2/etc. GD&T Be able to fully understand the GD&T of the part/assy; Be able to analysis a PIR, identify any missing/incorrect items, cross-check with the requirements defined in GD&T; Be able to find any optimization of GD&T (even with part design), to fulfill the design intent and meanwhile more feasible for manufactory/checking would be a plus; Part delivery Virtual manufacturing feasibility audit and coordinating for the issues. E.g. stamping feasibility, HDPC OTS / T0 part on-site review and issue / risk identification and coordinating PPIR part on-site sign-off PIR report reviewing and approval of VB0/1/2/etc.

Quality issue coordinating and supplier management. MP&L coordinating for smooth part shipment. (e.g. incoterm related works, exportation related issue solving) Post delivery Tracking the performance of the parts during VB car building and VB tests. Coordinating the issue to supplier for optimization between batches, VB stages.

Facilitate the invoice issue from and payment to suppliers.
