电驱动采购专员（外企驻场）

该岗位为雷诺外包岗位，上班地点在源点大厦11号线云锦路，请确认考虑在投递，谢谢~ 岗位职责 加入电驱动系统采购团队后，你将深度参与雷诺集团 “雷诺复兴战略” 核心项目，负责集团下一代电驱动总成的开发配套采购工作，业务覆盖电机、车载充电机、DC/DC 直流转换器、电池管理系统以及 Xin1 新一代电驱动总成等多个板块。 主要工作内容： 协同研发、物流、质量等部门，精准厘清各板块采购需求； 筛选电子元器件、嵌入式系统供应商，组织招投标工作，直接与供应商洽谈项目变更与开发协议； 依托自身专业技术能力参与设备研发选型，包含电子元器件、接插件、线束、印刷电路板（PCB）等物料选型； 开展量产前供应商审核，为供应链交付管理提供支撑； 针对成本、交期、质量等维度分析供应商绩效短板，对供方提出改进要求并推动落地； 负责预算管控、成本跟踪，完成工作数据精准上报及全流程行政手续跟进； 积极推动雷诺集团全球采购资源协同，挖掘全球集采降本增效机会。 任职要求 工程师院校毕业或持有硕士二级学历，拥有电力电子、电气零部件采购相关从业经验，或电气电子工程技术背景，希望在大型企业采购体系迎接全新职业挑战； 熟练使用数字化办公工具，精通 Office 套件，尤其擅长 Excel； 具备流利英语读写沟通能力，可对接全球国际合作方； 优秀的沟通协调能力，需对接大量内外部不同类型合作对象； 充分知晓商务谈判存在难度，具备极强的韧性与坚持不懈的执行力。 公司发展福利 公司设立 80 余个采购专业细分岗位，可为你提供体系化、高认可度的专业能力提升通道、清晰的职业晋升路径以及内部轮岗调动机会。 MISSION: By joining the E-Powertrain procurement team, you are at the heart of the so-called “Renaulution” by contributing to the development of the future electrical powertrains for the group. It includes activities in various field such as Electrical Machine, On-Board charger and DC/DC converters, Battery Management Systems, Xin1 ePowertrain.

As such: You ensure that the purchasing need is well understood in conjunction with departments such as engineering, logistics or quality, You identify suppliers of electronic components and embedded systems, manage calls for tenders, and negotiate developments changes directly with them, You rely on your technical skills to participate in the development of equipment: choice of electronic components, connectors, cables, printed circuit boards, etc. You carry out pre-production audits and support supply management, You analyze performance gaps and challenge suppliers (costs, deadlines, quality, etc.), You manage your budget, monitor costs, and keep accurate reporting of your activity while ensuring administrative follow-up, You will actively act on the optimization of global worldwide synergies within Renault Group.

YOUR PROFILE: Graduated from an engineering school or a Master 2, you have a first experience in the purchasing of power electronics and electrical engineering components and/or in electrical and electronic engineering and wish to take on a new challenge by joining the large procurement family! Digital has no secret for you and you seem comfortable with MSOffice tools in particular Excel. English, of course!

You will need to be able to work with international contacts. You are endowed with real relational intelligence, your internal and external interlocutors will be numerous and varied. You already know that negotiations can be difficult, so tenacity and perseverance will be your assets.
