职位概述 我们正在寻找一位细致、高效的仓库管理员，主要负责成品仓的打包、泡棉切割及发货工作。作为团队的重要一员，您还将参与多能工培训计划，在需要时支援其他仓库模块（如原材料、消耗品、半成品等）。我们注重流程规范与团队协作，而非一人包揽所有杂务，所有交叉岗位均有明确的操作指引和培训支持。 Overview Joby Metal is seeking a meticulous and efficient Warehouse Associate, primarily responsible for packing, foam cutting, and shipping in our finished goods warehouse. As a key team member, you will also join our cross-training program to provide backup support for other warehouse modules (raw materials, consumables, WIP, etc.) when needed. We value standardized processes and teamwork—not overburdening any single role.

All cross-functional duties come with clear SOPs and dedicated training. 【岗位职责】 • 负责成品仓日常打包、泡棉切割、贴标及装车发货，确保订单准确、及时出运。 • 维护成品仓库存账实一致，执行循环盘点，记录异常并反馈。 • 参与部门多能工培训，在同事请假期间，按标准作业程序协助以下模块（非日常固定职责）： -原材料、成品、夹具仓库的收、发、存管理 -消耗品仓库及装配物流仓库的物料收、发、存管理、补给与领用。 -半成品外发加工、委外检测的打包及发货协调 • 执行5S现场管理，保持工作区域整洁安全，遵守公司EHS政策。 Responsibilities • Handle daily packing, foam cutting, labeling, and shipping in finished goods warehouse, ensuring accurate and on-time order fulfillment.

• Maintain inventory accuracy in finished goods area, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Participate in cross-training program; provide backup support (per SOP) for the following areas when colleagues are on leave (not as daily routine):
• Receiving, issuing, and storage management of raw materials, finished products, and fixtures.
• Material receiving, issuing, storage management, replenishment, and requisition management of consumables warehouses and assembly logistics warehouses.
• Packaging and shipping coordination for outsourced semi-finished product processing and testing.
• Implement 5S housekeeping, keep work area clean and safe, and comply with EHS policies. 【任职资格】 Required • 高中/中专及以上学历，1年以上仓库实操经验（优秀应届生可考虑）。 • 熟悉基本电脑操作（Excel、MES系统录入）。 • 能吃苦耐劳，适应适量体力搬运（每件≤25kg，有辅助工具）。 • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。 • High school/vocational school or above, with 1 year hands-on warehouse experience (fresh graduates with strong potential considered).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, MES data entry).
• Physically fit for moderate lifting (≤25kg per item, with mechanical aids available).
• Good communication and teamwork spirit. Desired • 熟悉泡棉切割设备操作者优先。 • 了解ISO 9001或IATF 16949仓库管理要求。 • 具备基础英语识别能力（货品标签、单据、MES系统）。 • Experience with foam cutting equipment.
