项目工程师

The Project Engineer acting as the subject matter expert between project manager, customer and suppliers/contractors taking lead on all mechanical engineering and safety topics.

Project

Engineer will also take active part in the pre-sales phase supporting the sales of new AutoStore projects. He/She works in close collaboration with the Project Manager and ensuring effective and accurate delivery of the project.

The Project

Engineer has the skills to influence and convince the customer, suppliers, contractors and internal cross-functional teams on the solution. In addition, the System Project Engineer takes the pride to develop and improve the solution while adhering to the industry safety standards.

Engineer is highly motivated to work in a startup environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations! 项目工程师作为技术专业负责人，对接项目经理、客户、供应商及施工承包商，全面主导机械工程及安全相关工作。同时积极参与售前阶段，支持AutoStore自动化仓储新项目的销售推进。岗位需与项目经理紧密协作，保障项目高效、精准交付。能够通过专业能力，推动客户、供应商、合作方及内部跨部门团队认可技术方案。在严格遵守行业安全标准的基础上，持续研发和优化解决方案。能够适应创业型快速发展的工作氛围，可接受多工作地点、多类型工作任务。 Responsibilities - Participate and support the sales phase, if needed performing data analysis and conceptual design. 参与并支持售前工作，按需完成数据分析及项目概念方案设计。 - Active participation of project procurement process supporting with technical clarification. 深度参与项目采购流程，全程提供技术澄清与技术对接支持。 - Understand and takeover the conceptual design from sales and establish detailed engineering drawings. 承接售前输出的概念设计，落地完成详细工程图纸绘制。 - Develop technical specifications demonstrating the functionality of the solution. 编制技术规格文件，完整定义解决方案功能与技术参数。 - Adhere to project engineering process. 严格遵守公司项目工程标准化流程开展工作。 - Act as single point contact for internal and external stakeholders on engineering topics. 作为内外部所有相关方工程技术事项的单一对接人。 - Manage and confidently report on engineering progress into the formal project channel. 跟进工程进度，通过官方项目渠道规范、准确完成进度汇报。 - Pro-actively manages technical risks, opportunities and technical amendments with workable solutions. 主动管控技术风险、挖掘优化空间，落地可行的技术调整与优化方案。 - Support projects within APAC region as needed. 按需为亚太区各项目提供工程技术支持。 - Apply safety standards in the design and engineering of the solution. 在方案设计与工程落地中严格执行行业安全标准。 - Build solid working relationships with all levels of stakeholders. 维护与各层级客户、合作方、内部团队的良好协作关系。 - Support in continuous learning process and supporting the standardization of solution, tools, documents and processes. 持续沉淀学习，推动解决方案、工具、文档及工作流程的标准化迭代。 Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field 机械工程/机电一体化/自动化/物流工程/工业工程专业本科及以上学历 - Intermediate to advance in engineering CAD tools (AutoCAD and Pcon will be a plus) 熟练使用中高阶CAD工程软件，熟练AutoCAD、Pcon者优先 - 2 to 5 years’ experience in engineering within the automation industry, AutoStore experience will be an amazing differentiator! 2-5年自动化行业工程岗位经验，有AutoStore项目经验者优先 - Experience in technical procurement activities OR pre-sales 具备技术采购经验或者售前技术支持经验 - Ability to establish effective working relationships across the boundaries 具备跨部门、跨合作方高效协同能力 - Familiar and/or accredited in industry safety standards is an added advantage 熟悉行业安全标准、持有相关资质证书者优先 - Good understanding of intra-logistics processes is an advantage 熟悉内部仓储物流流程者优先 - Willingness to travel regularly to sites. 能够接受常态化项目现场出差 - English can be used as a working language 英语可作为工作语言
