外派国家财务经理- (印度/巴基斯坦/摩洛哥/土耳其)

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1. 系统参与财务某一个或几个领域的工作实践与业务流程，包括但不限于：公司的财务管理、财务分析、成本费用管理、预算管理、资金管理、会计核算、风险控制等财经相关领域； Systematically participate in work practice and business processes in one or more finance-related areas, including but not limited to: corporate financial management, financial analysis, cost and expense management, budget management, treasury management, financial accounting, risk control and other finance-related fields; 2. 通过财经具体岗位熟悉财务运作，负责对应专业岗位的日常运作，跟进对应岗位项目，在了解的基础上提出改善建议； Gain familiarity with financial operations through specific finance positions, be responsible for daily operations of the corresponding professional role, follow up on position-related projects, and propose improvement suggestions based on understanding; 3. 以中国国内岗位的实际工作岗位，了解公司财经和管理文化，通过岗位学习成长为国际化财经骨干，支持公司全球化发展； Through actual work positions based in China, understand the company's financial and management culture, grow into an international finance backbone through on-the-job learning, and support the company's global development; 任职资格 / Qualifications 1. 大学本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学等专业； Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields; 2. 英文熟练流利，具备其他外语能力的也可考虑； Proficient and fluent in English; candidates with proficiency in other foreign languages will also be considered; 3. 职业规划长期在财经领域发展，接受全球外派，认可公司文化，愿意与公司长期发展； Career plan focused on long-term development in the finance field, willing to accept global assignments, aligned with company culture, and committed to long-term development with the company; 4. 热衷于创新，开放、接受、适应性强，并具有高度好奇心，具有团队合作精神，在强有力、高效和自我管理的团队中展示出优秀的工作技能； Passionate about innovation, open-minded, receptive, highly adaptable, and possesses strong curiosity; demonstrates team spirit and exhibits excellent work skills in dynamic, efficient, and self-managed teams; 5. 具备优秀的沟通和自我学习能力，能够在面对复杂业务的情况下设计新的并改进现有的流程； Possesses excellent communication and self-learning capabilities, able to design new processes and improve existing ones when facing complex business situations; 6. 熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint，有ERP系统（Oracle和SAP）使用经验者优先；有ACCA/CPA/CFA的证书、有大型活动组织经验以及获得奖学金将作为加分项目。 Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus. Holding ACCA/CPA/CFA certifications, having experience in organizing large-scale events, and receiving scholarships will be considered as plus factors.
