采购管理专员

Primary Responsibilities: 主要职责： Work with Commodity Manage， conduct the supplier development &management, analyze the industry, perform the NPI/MRO quotation, and complete related data collection& analysis, and other tasks assigned by superior 与采购经理一起，进行供应商开发及管理，分析市场趋势，并参与新项目及MRO报价以及完成数据统计分析等，及其他交办事项 Main Responsibilities: 重要职责: 1. Develop new supplier, maintain the existing supplier relationship, handle the escalations from purchasing team about the delivery, price or quality issue 开发新的供应商，维护现有供应商，处理采购团队提出的交期，价格及质量问题等。 2. Complete the quotation and get the competitive price for the new projects.

Maintain the approved supplier list and AVPL list 完成报价需求，寻求有竞争力的价格，并维护供应商清单及AVPL 3. Assist to review& update the Purchasing Contract and NDA 协助完成签订采购合同，保密协议等 4. Handle supplier issue, complete the QBR for key suppliers and follow up, improve the performance of suppliers 处理供应商相关问题，评估供应商QBR并跟进，并帮助供应商提高 5.

Check and follow the PCB DFM, drawings, and discuss with global engineer, PM, customer and supplier to complete the DFM on time till completing the project qualification 处理并跟进PCB DFM及图纸进度，与海外工程师，客户，供应商及销售团队合作，及时完成DFM直至认证项目完成 6. Set up vendor code and off-cycle frozen cost if the market changed 建供应商代码及调整成本 7. MRO quotation& related staffs follow up MRO报价及跟进相关事务 8.

Complete the task assigned by superior 完成上级领导交待的其他任务 Job Requirement: 职位要求: 1. Major in Chemical or Mechanical, bachelor’s degree or above 化工或机械工程专业，本科以上学历 2. 3-5 years purchasing experience, PCB or Electronics industry preferred. 3-5年采购方面的工作经验，具有PCB及电子方面的背景 3. Proficient in IPC requirements for PCB and Electronics Parts 精通PCB及电子料的的IPC标准 4.

Have the capability of supplier development, inquiry, quotation comparison, negotiation, etc 具备开发供应商，询价，比价及谈判能力 5. Experienced in material cost analysis, price management and cost reduction, able to predict stock-out and price increase risks and take actions accordingly 具备成熟的物料成本分析，价格管控及降本经验，可提前预判物料缺货，涨价风险并制定应对方案 6.

Fluent

English skills both in writing and oral 熟练的英语听说读写能力 7.

Skills in ERP system, Word, Excel, and PPT, etc 熟练操作办公软件操作能力，包括ERP, Word, Excel, PPT, etc
