大客户经理 / KA Manager

岗位职责 ： 1. 负责重点客户及战略客户的开发、维护和业务拓展，完成公司下达的销售目标/ Develop, manage, and expand business with key accounts and strategic customers to achieve assigned sales targets. 2. 建立并维护客户关键决策层关系，深入挖掘客户需求，提升客户满意度和市场份额/ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identify customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and market share. 3. 负责项目全流程跟进，包括需求获取、方案沟通、商务谈判、回款管理/Manage the entire sales process, including opportunity identification, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and payment collection. 4. 与销售大区、技术、质量、供应链等相关部门协同合作，推动客户项目顺利落地/Collaborate closely with sales regions, technical, quality, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution. 5. 收集行业动态、市场趋势及竞争对手信息，制定针对性的客户开发策略/Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and develop targeted customer growth strategies. 6. 定期进行销售预测、客户分析及业务回顾，为业务增长提供支持/Conduct regular sales forecasting, customer analysis, and business reviews to support business growth. 7. 代表公司参与客户拜访、商务活动及相关市场推广活动/Represent the company in customer visits, business meetings, and marketing activities. 岗位资格和要求 1. 本科及以上学历，理工科专业，冶金工程专业优先/Bachelor's degree or above; major in Engineering, metallurgic engineering is preferred. 2. 5年以上B2B销售经验，3年以上制造业大客户管理经验/Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years of key account management experience in manufacture industry. 3. 具备优秀的客户开发能力、商务谈判能力及项目管理能力/Proven customer development, business negotiation, and project management skills. 4. 具有较强的市场敏锐度和业务拓展能力，能够独立开发新客户及新项目/Strong market awareness and business development capability, with the ability to independently develop new customers and business opportunities. 5. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效整合内部资源/Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively leverage internal resources. 6. 英语听说读写能力良好，能够进行商务沟通者优先/Good command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively in a business environment is preferred.
