Lead Architect 建筑设计师（BLS）

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

Architect for multiple projects

• Overall site / spatial planning
• Design and documentation of various buildings for clients
• Management of others including LDI to document buildings that are code compliant
• Coordination with other disciplines and external consultants to achieve a completed building
• Anticipate problems which may occur and avoid/prevent them from occurring
• Thinking laterally to achieve the aims for the project – safety / cost / time / quality
• Attend site as required for measure ups, meetings and development sessions with client and authorities 任职要求： Able to design and document and detail a building and site in China.

Able to produce documents for inclusion in a work package. Able to work with other team members effectively to produce an efficient coordinated building design.

Able to write a design report with a logical order of sections and clear content
