该职位来源于猎聘 Job Duties工作职责：

• Lead and maintain project EHS management system implementation；. 制定/主导/维护项目 EHS 管理体系并确定其的有效运行；
• Maintain health relationship and build trust with customer key person； 与客户关键角色维护健康的关系建立信任 ；
• Supervise project EHS resources & performance and develop project EHS team skill to meet both project and customer requirements； 监控项目EHS 人力及其绩效表现，发展员工能力确保其符合项目及客户要求；
• Lead affairs benefit on safety culture enhancement at project level； 主导其他有益于项目安全文化提升的事务；
• Organize risk assessments (JHA / TRA / HAZOP), Identify unsafe acts and conditions, issue corrective actions, and follow up for closure； 主导项目风险识别（如 JHA、TRA、HAZOP），识别不安全行为及状态，提出整改要求并推动闭环；
• Ensure key control points and start work safety conditions are met； 确保项目关键控制点及作业前安全条件符合要求；
• Develop and deliver project EHS training programs； 制定并实施项目 EHS 培训计划；
• Safety reward and discipline action implementation；

安全奖惩措施的执行；

• Lead incident and near miss investigations and perform root cause analysis (5Why/RCCA)； 主导事故及未遂事件调查，开展根因分析；
• Drive adverse events reports, CAPA implementation, and ensure timely closure； 主持调查报告编写、制定纠正预防措施并确保落实；
• Participate in project meetings and report EHS performance. （ monthly report 、QOR etc ） 参加项目会议并汇报安全绩效。 Job Requirement:
• Familiar with site safety supervision, contractor management, and safety audit； 熟悉施工现场安全管理、承包商管理、安全审核流程；
• Experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, emergency management； 具备风险评估、事故调查及应急管理经验；
• Experience in flied service project as EHS function. 有现场服务项目的安全管理经验 。
