该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 Architecture Leadership:
- Own the middleware architecture end-to-end: QNX hypervisor host services, AAOS guest, and Adaptive AUTOSAR guest, including cross-VM communication patterns and inter-domain IPC.
- Define and maintain architecture decision records (ADRs), interface control documents (ICDs), and system-level middleware specifications aligned to AUTOSAR AP and Classic standards.
- Lead design of the VHAL integration path: SOME/IP service -> ara::com proxy -> inter-VM channel -> VHAL property.
- Architect the display compositor and virtual GPU backend strategy.
- Define TEE/HSM integration patterns for secure key storage, log encryption, and authenticated boot.
Technical
Leadership:
- Drive root-cause analysis for complex cross-layer defects including hypervisor world-switch overhead, inter-VM latencies, and SOME/IP timing violations.
- Manage technical relationship with Tier 1 supplier during transition period.
Programme
Delivery & Ownership Transfer:
- Lead structured software ownership transfer programme from Tier 1 supplier to OEM.
- Drive source code, build system, and toolchain take-over for all HPC middleware components.
- Build internal OEM middleware competence through knowledge-transfer sessions. 【任职要求】 1. 12 years in embedded software; 5 years in automotive cockpit or ADAS domain in a senior/lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in QNX RTOS: IPC mechanisms, memory model, process lifecycle, hypervisor fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Android Automotive OS: VHAL architecture, HAL interface design, CarService internals, multi-display management.
- Strong Adaptive AUTOSAR knowledge: ara::com, ara::exec, ara::diag, ara::phm, ara::nm, ara::crypt.
- SOME/IP protocol: service discovery, event/field/method primitives, timing contracts.
- Hypervisor middleware patterns: virtio device model, shared-memory IPC, display compositor integration.
- Ethernet networking in automotive: VLAN, AVB/TSN, CAN/LIN; AUTOSAR Ethernet stack.
- Security fundamentals: TEE, HSM, SecOC, authenticated boot chains.
- ISO 26262 awareness: ASIL decomposition, software safety requirements.
- Business level English and Chinese communication skills.
