精益生产工程师/Lean Engineer

工作任务 Tasks: 1. Develop plant vision, concept, value streams, roadmap for all epCN plants, and implement by steps. 制定依必安派特未来工厂愿景，概念，价值流及实施战略地图并推进实施。 2.

Establish

Lean and 6sigma training and qualification system, train and certify associates. 建立精益六西格玛培训认证体系，实施员工培训和认证。 3. Support management decisions with Lean methodology and tools. 提供精益方法和工具辅助管理决策。 4.

Provide

Lean and 6sigma project consulting, facilitate, and coach improvement projects. 提供精益六西噶玛项目管理咨询，协调和辅导精益六西噶玛改进项目。 5. Establish, maintain CIP system, and promote best practice sharing. 建立和维护CIP系统，推动最佳实践分享。 6. Support NPI and relocation projects (VSD, DFMA, LLD, Logistics …). 支持新产品及生产转移项目 (价值流设计,可制造性分析,生产线及物流规划等) 。 7.

Support to cultivate a learning and continuous improvement culture within the organization. 支持和推动在组织内部建立持续学习及改进的文化。 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 工业工程等相关专业本科以上学历 Bachelor or above degree of industrial engineering or equivalent required 2. 五年以上生产经验，包括精益，生产过程，工业管理等 Five plus years’ production experience, as well as lean, production process, IE etc 3. 具有精益和6西格玛讲师经验者有限考虑 Preferably with Lean knowledge and work experience incl. 6 sigma belt trainer 4. 英语读写精通与口语流利 Fluent in English communication (both written & oral).. 5. 电脑技能，熟练使用Excel,Word,Powerpoint,和AutoCAD等等 Computer skills, Microsoft software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD, etc… 6. 工作踏实，责任心强，有上进心 Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated 7. 良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神 Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit.
