• Managing Laser and Lamination function team.
• PE/CAM interface for new customer and product introduction related to the functional area.
• Manage / lead technical gap and risk analysis including mitigation actions before new project / sample starts.
• Escalator to TD if gap beyond current technology capability.
• Overseeing related processes, planning capability, modify to suits customer product.
• Responsible for planning and act as technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being.
• Manage technical setup for the related process area.
• Lead technical discussion both internal and external suppliers and customers.
• Lead cross functional team to resolve technical issues affecting customer sample build.
• Interface to Operation and Quality team for sample build review.
• Provide technical feedback for customer inquiries during sample phase.
• HVM Readiness – lead technical related readiness and process parameters lock down, including leading technical related yield improvement and alignment with stakeholders.
• Interface to TD for new machine / process and material introduction.
• Function area disciplinary and functional superior, monitor and provide deliverables and product readiness.
• Process refinement and align product capability with related Application Engineering team.
• Strong technical background in general or specific field in PCB manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from higher technical college or fresh graduates.
• Knowledge in Printed Circuits Board (PCB), mSAP Processes, or other processes related.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/IATF 16949).
• Computer skills – MS Office package, i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point, Other software, i.e. SAP, minitab.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, etc.
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good team player and team leader, integrated and interdisciplinary thinking
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinking skills for problem solving.
• Authority to provide basic technical within team.
• Self-motivating ability to foster cooperative work environment.
• Ability to supervise and train staffs, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
