Overseeing related processes, planning capability, modify to suits customer product.
Responsible for planning and act as technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being.
Manage technical setup for the related process area.
Lead technical discussion both internal and external suppliers and customers.
Lead cross functional team to resolve technical issues affecting customer sample build.
Interface to Operation and Quality team for sample build review.
Provide technical feedback for customer inquiries during sample phase.
HVM Readiness – lead technical related readiness and process parameters lock down, including leading technical related yield improvement and alignment with stakeholders.
Interface to TD for new machine / process and material introduction.
Function area disciplinary and functional superior, monitor and provide deliverables and product readiness.
Process refinement and align product capability with related Application Engineering team.
Strong technical background in general or specific field in PCB manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree from higher technical college or fresh graduates.
Knowledge in Printed Circuits Board (PCB), mSAP Processes, or other processes related.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/IATF 16949).
Computer skills – MS Office package, i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point, Other software, i.e. SAP, minitab.
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, etc.
