- Oversight of strategic growth of capabilities and innovations
- Develop center of excellence in content consultancy to drive both demand and sales conversion with holistic omnichannel experience in the highly competitive China market
- Lead point of contact for clients, new business, and agency client leaders
- Identify internal business challenges and opportunities, lead the growth of brand needs (stated and unstated) for content consultancy
- Co-leading training, commercialization, product and partnership development initiatives,
- Develop relationships with content partners – production companies, talent agencies, digital studios, film studios, etc.
- Drive success of all aspects of delivery and serving as key liaison between client, agencies, and production teams, leading communication and collaboration.
Job Specifications/Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience with time spent leading digital media operations, content strategy and production, team management, including at least 4 working in a media, creative, Ad Technologies
- Must have experience in customer experience content strategy, planning and delivery
- Curiosity
- Entrepreneurial in nature
- History of running digital teams/agencies, and experience with and knowledge of production processes and timelines
- Comfortable as a catalyst for brainstorming across a variety of disciplines
- Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly
- Demonstrated success leading work with multi-location multi-functional teams strongly preferred
- Team management and leadership
- Deep knowledge of: o Creative dynamic technologies, data environments, media partnership and various digital platforms o Data and ad technology ecosystem essential, with a focus on identity management, programmatic, and addressable media o Audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations and workarounds, etc.) o Data factors driving project success (e.g. role and value of ideas like PII vs. anonymized data, cookies vs. people, panels vs. census, passive (actions) vs. active (survey) data, fused vs. matched data, etc.)
