该职位来源于猎聘 The role Serving as the Regional Master Data Lead for China, take part in the global SAP rollout project. Understand the global master data design framework, combine local business requirements of the Chinese market together with solid industry experience. Participating in designing localized master data solutions which fit China’s business scenario and internal users, meanwhile oversee the full lifecycle including solution testing and final implementation.

What you'll be responsible for

• Acts as the single in-market point of contact for all data-related deployment activities, covering master data objects (customers, products, etc.) and EDI requirements
• Leads the local data cleansing and enrichment effort — coordinating with relevant local functional SMEs to review and correct records for migration specifications
• Identifies and resolves data quality issues, such as duplicates, incomplete records, or incorrect mappings, escalating issues to global/wave data teams
• Supports the mapping of local master data to the global data model, ensuring alignment with process design decisions
• Participates in mock loads, migration testing, and cutover rehearsals, validating migrated data and reporting defects/issues
• Provides on-site hypercare support for data-related incidents
• Reports progress, issues, and risks to the Local Deployment Lead We're looking for someone who
• Deep understanding of in-market master data structures, usage, and ownership across functions
• Familiarity with current local data governance processes and systems, including EDI trading partner connections
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional input to resolve data issues and make decisions within agreed governance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with experience in data cleansing and migration
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the market
