• Perform comprehensive mechanical analysis for the drawing from customer and supplier and giving solution at NPI stage.
• Support RFQ Engineer for mechanical and packaging parts design analysis.
• Support new technical capabilities samples making.
• Following up the progress of tooling build/modification through sample approval process.
• Providing solution for mechanical assembly issue for production at NPI/MP stage.
• Providing mechanical drawings/Spec for tailed-made parts if necessary.
• Providing packaging design for new product and CIP project.
• Participate in supplier’s evaluation.
• Participating in the related meeting of NPI and implementing the final decisions made. Qualification:
• College above and major in Macromolecule Material or Mechanical/Mold.
• At least 2 years working experiences in precision injection field and package design.
• Familiar with characteristics of medical materials such as PE, PVC, PS, ABS, PC, PP, PTFE, PA, POM, ABS, PP, PC, PBT etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Pro-E, and MS office.
• Knowledge of ISO & FDA compliance is an advantage.
