PLUS（MES）系统管理

• 负责 PLUS 系统日常运维及用户支持；
• 负责系统基础配置及权限管理；
• 负责业务需求分析及系统配置优化； 2.服务器与基础设施管理
• 负责 Windows Server 及 Linux 服务器运维；
• 负责服务器监控、性能优化及故障处理； 3.信息安全管理
• 负责服务器补丁管理；
• 负责漏洞扫描整改及安全加固；
• 配合本地信息安全组进行权限审计及安全合规检查； 4.软件项目管理
• 负责数字化应用系统项目推进；
• 负责需求收集、方案评审及实施管理；
• 协调业务部门、供应商及德国总部团队；
• 跟踪项目计划、风险及交付质量；
• 负责项目状态汇报及项目文档管理； 任职要求
• 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统、数据科学与大数据技术、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先；
• 工作经验：3 年以上企业应用系统运维经验；
• 基础设施：熟悉 Windows Server 及 Linux；熟悉服务器补丁管理及漏洞修复；熟悉 MES 制造业系统；
• 云平台经验：了解 AWS 云平台基础架构及常见云服务（例如 Kafka、RDB 等），具备云环境运维经验者优先；
• 开发能力：具备一定的软件开发能力，能够阅读、分析及修改程序代码，具备 Python、Java 等至少一种开发语言经验者优先；
• 项目管理：具备项目管理经验；
• 语言能力：良好的英语沟通能力，英语CET-4及以上，CET-6优先；
• 综合素质：学习能力强，积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力强，可灵活加班； Responsible for the management of the MES system, servers, operating systems, security, and application system projects, with a primary focus on application operations and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

PLUS (MES) System Management

• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and user support of the PLUS system;
• Manage basic system configurations and access permissions;
• Conduct business requirement analysis and optimize system configurations;

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux servers;
• Monitor server performance, optimize systems, and handle infrastructure troubleshooting;

Information Security Management

• Responsible for server patch management;
• Handle vulnerability scanning remediation and security hardening;
• Cooperate with the local Information Security team for permission auditing and compliance checks;

Software Project Management

• Drive the execution and implementation of digital application system projects;
• Responsible for requirement gathering, solution reviews, and implementation management;
• Coordinate among business departments, external vendors, and the Headquarters (HQ) team in Germany;
• Track project schedules, mitigate risks, and manage delivery quality;
• Responsible for project status reporting and project documentation management
  • Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related disciplines is preferred;
• Experience: 3 years of experience in enterprise application system operations;
• Infrastructure Skills: Familiar with Windows Server and Linux environments
  • Familiar with server patch management and vulnerability remediation
  • Familiar with MES manufacturing systems;

• Cloud Platform: Understand AWS cloud infrastructure and core cloud services (e.g., Kafka, RDB, etc.), experience in cloud environment operations is highly preferred;
• Development Skills: Possess basic software development capabilities; able to read, analyze, and modify source code;

  experience with at least one programming language such as Python or Java is preferred;

• Project Management: Proven experience in project management;
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills, CET-4 or above, CET-6 preferred;
• Competencies: Strong learning agility, proactive, highly responsible, resilient under pressure, and flexible to work overtime when required;
