Mini-Program Backend Dev

The job holder reports to the SP30 CRC project team and on the technical domain side, the job holder is supervised by IT Division. Work with a team of software engineers, offshore resources and external resources to accomplish development tasks as defined in the PDLC under the supervision of project managers and technical manager.

Develop and support the Mini program systems for CRC, including MiniProgram backend, MiniGame backend and Game engine system. MAJOR TASKS 1 Partner with business users, IT groups and vendors to develop the backend systems for CRC, including MiniProgram backend, MiniGame backend and Game engine system. 2 Lead a team of backend software engineers, ITSZ resources and external resources to accomplish development tasks as defined in the PDLC under the supervision of project managers / development manager. 3 Work with business users to document requirements, prepare specifications and resolve any requirement & technical issue. . 4 Work with architecture / infrastructure team to perform technical design and construction 5 Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release. 6 Conduct design & code review to ensure quality of software deliverables 7 Prepare and review design and implementation documents according to Club’s Product Development Life Cycle to ensure business, technical and operational requirements are met. 8 Provide support during system integration test, system assurance test and user acceptance test. 9 Assist IT operations team to perform software installation and implementation QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors of Science or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in software development and leading a team of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions and provide system support
• Experience in managing vendor development teams.
• Solid experience in development using Go / Java, proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as Gokit and Spring.
• Extensive experience in both RDBMS and NoSQL, particularly with PostgreSQL and MongoDB development.
• Solid experience in large-scale system design and development, experienced in development within containerized environments.
• Familiarity with Tencent Cloud deployment is preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving project environment.
• Strong problem determination and problem-solving skills under pressure.
