Motor control algorithm engineer

工作职责

• Responsible for the development of motor control-related code in the project and software platform, including software framework and module design, technical CBB, technical solution and case development, and project development process document preparation;
• Responsible for tracking and innovative pre-research of key cutting-edge technologies in the field of motor control, including theoretical design, modeling and simulation and productization, and building the technical advantages and barriers of products at the algorithm level;
• Research, model and analyze the fundamental mechanism of the processes of various related industries in the field of motor control to achieve the best match from drive to process;
• Be responsible for the key performance technical problems encountered in the verification of products at the market side, and promote timely handling of relevant problems.

任职资格

• Full-time master's degree, major in power electronics and power dragging, electrical and electronic engineering, automation, mechanical electronics or other majors;
• Be familiar with the principles of motor driving and automatic control, be proficient in the principles of asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor control and related algorithms, and have experience in motor control design of AC drives and servo-related projects;
• Proficient in matlab/simulink simulation, and good at using simulation for motor control strategy simulation or process model simulation;
• Extensive experience in C language development based on embedded chips such as DSP, ARM and FPGA;
• Good teamwork skills, strong self-motivation, strong willingness to develop technology;
• Adaptable to irregular overseas business trips and good customer communication skills;
• Good English literacy skills, and English can be used as a working language.
