MR Process Engineer 工艺工程师-系统集成测试

Mission/主要工作 Provide manufacturing‑oriented technical support and planning for MR systems and test‑process, to ensure test‑ and production‑process setup complies with the medical‑device quality system and product introduction plans. 为磁共振 (MR) 系统及测试流程提供面向生产的技术支持与规划，确保测试及生产流程搭建符合医疗器械质量体系与产品导入计划。 Key Responsibilities / 核心工作职责 1. Drive the definition, development and implementation of production processes. 主导生产流程的定义、开发与落地实施。 2. Perform design transfer from R&D to production for new projects and change requests. 负责新项目及变更需求下，研发向生产端的设计转移工作。 3.

Deploy new production technologies to enable continuous process optimization. 落地导入新生产技术，实现流程持续优化。 4. Develop and maintain production‑related documentation (DMR, Master Plan, FMEA, etc.); develop and manage tooling, test equipment and new technologies and test software. 编制、维护生产类文档（DMR、主计划、FMEA 等）；开发及管理工装、测试设备与新的技术和测试软件。 5. Ensure smooth execution of MR system‑integration production processes, including but not limited to troubleshooting, development, and maintenance of test software. 保障 MR 系统集成生产过程顺利开展，包括但不限于问题排查、测试软件的开发与维护。 6.

Take part in audits. Cooperate with QM team to ensure compliance with statutory and internal regulatory requirements. 参与审核；配合质量团队，确保满足法规及内部体系要求。 Job Requirements / 任职要求 1. Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience, or Master’s degree. 本科并具备相关工作经验，或硕士学历。 2.

Major in Electrical Engineering or Automation; relevant process working experience is a plus. 电气或自动化专业，有相关工艺工作经验者优先。 3. Must have good verbal and written English communication skills. 必须具备英语口语和写作的沟通能力。 4. Good team‑player with strong collaboration awareness. 优秀的团队合作者，具备良好协作意识。
