• 具备较强的谈判技巧和沟通能力，能够与供应商建立良好的合作关系； Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES - 负责制定并优化采购策略，确保采购计划的顺利实施； Responsible for formulating and optimizing procurement strategies to ensure the smooth implementation of procurement plans.

• 搜集和分析设备市场信息，评估供应商的资质、信誉和价格，选择优质供应商； Collect and analyze market information for equipment, evaluate the qualifications, reputation, and pricing of suppliers, and select high-quality vendors.
• 主导采购谈判，签订采购合同，并监督合同的履行情况； Lead procurement negotiations, sign purchase contracts, and monitor contract execute - 协调内部需求部门，明确采购需求，制定采购计划，确保设备按时到货； Coordinate with internal departments to clarify procurement requirements, develop procurement plans, and ensure the on-time arrival of equipment.
• 对采购过程进行监控，处理采购过程中的问题，确保采购流程的顺畅； Monitor the procurement process, address issues that arise, and ensure the smooth flow of the procurement workflow.
• 负责与供应商建立长期稳定的合作关系，维护良好的商业关系； Responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships with suppliers and fostering good business relations.
• 定期分析采购成本，提出成本控制建议，降低采购成本； Regularly analyze procurement costs, propose cost-saving recommendations, and reduce overall procurement expenditures.
