General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Control and correspond the work of the daily Operation team in order to enhance the overall quality of the team jobs done.

控制和协调操作团队的日常操作以保证提高整个团队的操作质量。Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• To carry out the tasks distributed by the Project assistant Operation Manager & Project Operation Manager.

履行项目操作副经理以及操作经理分派的任务。

• To assist Project Operation Manager during daily work and focus on the quick solution in the trouble.

协助操作经理日常工作并注重问题解决以及提供快速解决方案。

• Daily communication with clients and subcontractor.

和客户以及分包商日常交流沟通。

• To monitor, manage project timeline and report project progress.

监视以及管理项目进程以及汇报项目进度。

• To liaise with internal departments and overseas offices to follow up the shipment operation.

联系公司内部各部门以及国外办公室以跟进货物操作。

• To evaluate the service provided to customers.

评估给客户提供的服务。

• To distributed the task to team staff reasonably

合理分派发给团队人员任务

• To audit sub-contractors’ expense statement and invoice, strictly control cost.

审核分包商的费用确认单以及发票，严格把控成本管理。

• To Provide accurate pricing proposal and quotation to client or oversea office.

给客户或者国外办公室提供准确价格以及方案。

• Other tasks assigned by Project Operation manager and Project General Manager
