Order Processing Supervisor 订单跟进主管

Responsibility： - Key expert on all GCR order processing tasks, including merchandising and non-merchandising items.

• Act as a critical link between upstream and downstream processes on order processing field - Work closely with HQ order processing/customer service team to ensure that all orders are handled properly and on time to be sent to production.
• Work with different functions within GCR market to address any potential order process issues in advance, including pricing issues.
• Key wholesaler customer service window to manage wholesaler customers at a timely manner.
• Liaison with HQ wholesaler teams to address any problems.
• Support Retail Operation on the inventory management at retail store level - SAP Order processing system master.

Requirement

• Solid Supply Chain functional knowledge particular on order processing/customer service field.
• More than 5 years similar work experience - Analytical skills and logical thinking - Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, accountable, good team-player, willing to work under pressure and with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in office applications or small software competency.
• Good command of English.
• SAP system knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree
