汽车电池Pack&白车身工厂总经理（要焊装和总装经验）

岗位职责（Key Responsibilities） 1、全面负责合资工厂全盘运营，统筹白车身焊装、电池Pack产能爬坡与量产交付。 Take full ownership of JV plant operation, manage ramp-up and mass delivery of BIW welding and battery Pack lines. 2、主导产销计划、厂内仓储及跨境进出口物流全链路管理。 Oversee production planning, on-site warehousing and cross-border import & export logistics; 3、管控生产质量、设备运维、厂区HSE及土耳其属地劳工、税务、海关合规。 Ensure compliance with local labor, tax and customs regulations as well as on-site HSE; 4、对接主机厂TOGG及当地政府部门，维护内外合作关系。 Liaise with TOGG and local authorities to maintain internal and external partnerships; 5、搭建跨文化团队，管控经营成本、交付、安全核心指标，定期向总部汇报经营风险。 Lead cross-cultural team, control core KPIs including cost, delivery and safety, and report operational risks to HQ regularly. 任职要求： 1. 车辆工程或工业工程专业全日制本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering/industrial engineering; 2. 15年以上乘用车整车制造经验，硬性必备：乘用车白车身焊装 整车总装独立管理经验，具备白车身或者电池Pack双产线统筹运营能力； 2. 15 years passenger vehicle manufacturing experience with mandatory independent management experience in BIW welding & vehicle assembly, proven capability in dual-line operation of BIW and battery Pack; 3. 精通车企生产计划、物料管控、跨境物流体系； 3. Proficient in auto production planning, material control and cross-border logistics; 4. 中文：英语流利可作为工作语言。 Fluent English for daily work
