• Develop, create, and define comprehensive packaging requirements for the AWM product portfolio (including S&N Inc. AWM products and outsourced products) that meet market expectations and target profit margins. 为伤口护理产品组合（包括S&N Inc. AWM产品和外包产品）制定、开发和规定完整包装要求并符合市场预期和目标利润。

• Authorship of Packaging and Labelling Specifications for Wound Management products within the required ISO9001 standards and control within planned timing parameters, so that products are packaged, palletized and coded correctly.
