• Establishes time sequences based on contractual dates.
• Defines activities involved in the project.
• Outlines schedule diagrams.
• Analyzes step-by-step sequence of events necessary for completion of project.
• Obtains information on crew sizes, material and equipment.
• Adjust activity float by resources.
• Evaluates engineering and drafting activities, equipment and material deliveries, and construction constraints.
• Makes site visits to determine status of construction and review schedule.
• Collects progress information to calculate project progress and review the progress with management.
• Reviews and studies proposal requirements and directs attention to those areas that appear out of line.
• Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company. PERSON SPECIFICATION：
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (CET-6).
• Proficient in using AutoCAD; Good computer operation skills.
• Good understanding of planning essential knowledge; Understand planning procedures and relative working process.
• Good communication skills and coordination; Maintain high work efficiency.
