该职位来源于猎聘 Job Requirements Education:

• Minimum MS degree in Physics, Optics, Electronics, or related engineering field, PhD is preferred Experience:
• 5 years of experience in engineering and 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development related functions of optical components which used in the Optical Communication
• 5 years of people management experience in an engineering, development or technology role
• Has extensive experience of project management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Demonstrated experience with problem analysis and resolution Special Skills:
• Depth technical knowledge and understanding of communication markets
• Seasoned marketing sense and business judgment and superior analytical abilities, particularly in strategic business and financial analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work on many projects simultaneously and follow through
• Strong English communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Ability to lead or support many teams
