• Strong written and verbal communicator in English; provides clear project updates, status, and issues to stakeholders; facilitates meetings and ensures alignment.
• Strong knowledge of delivery management frameworks (Agile/SAFe/PMBOK); expertise in planning, project controls, schedule/budget/ RAID management, reporting, and delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with banking regulations and digital product (preferred).
• Experience in cross-country/multi-timezone delivery (preferred).
  • 具备出色的英语书面及口头沟通能力；能向利益相关方清晰传达项目进展、现状及存在的问题；组织会议并确保各方目标一致。 深度掌握交付管理框架（Agile/SAFe/ PMBOK）；精通项目规划、项目管控、进度/预算/需求分析与集成（RAID）管理、报告编制以及交付工具（JIRA 、Confluence）的使用。 熟悉银行监管法规及数字产品（优先考虑）。 具备跨国/跨时区配送经验（优先考虑）
