产品经理PM

The primary responsibility and objective for the Product Manager is to be the key interface on the BU to the worldwide field, to communicate the market needs for the product to the field, and to build a product business plan that meets the needs of the market and the profit objectives for Amphenol. 1.Act as product manager to manage the product line business plan including •Product Strategy •Forecasting and capacity planning. •Cost objectives. •Price book responsibility. •Life-cycle management/product line rationalization. •Lead-time, MOQ, Pack Factor. •Product line extensions and next generation planning 2.Sales Support •Quote support. •Support Customer Requirements List specification for new product and extensions. •Product documentation; Customer drawings, data sheets and product specifications, Website content, etc. •Sample strategy and management. •Standards committee support. 3.Regular customer visit for new product promotion and new proposals. 4.Follow the EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system. 5.Comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders. 岗位要求： 1.Sales/Marketing, project/program management and Engineering experience in industrial background大专学历以上，在制造业具备市场、销售、项目管理、工程方面经验； 2.Connector experience is preferred 有连接器行业经验者优先； 3.Knowledge in Enterprise Server, Desktop and Client Laptop熟悉企业级服务器、台式机及客户笔记本电脑方面的知识； 4.Min 5 years working experience 至少五年相关经验； 5.Basic financial knowledge 具备基础财务知识； 6.Good English in both spoken and written 良好的英语听说读写能力； 7.Good communication & presentation skill 良好的沟通能力和展示技巧； 8.Good analytical and problem solving skill 良好的分析和解决问题能力。
