Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, operations, or related functions
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional or complex projects
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred Skills &
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Demonstrated experience in risk management and problem resolution
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Oracle, Jira, etc.)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
