• Continuously review and improve the manufacturing process, develop innovative and intelligent processes to reduce labor hours and cycle time.
• Identify the process difficulties, pain points, and bottlenecks in the existing key/common processes for mass production, evaluate optimization and improvement plans, conduct relevant process verification, and lead the tracking and promotion of the implementation of improvement plans.
• Sort out and summarize process experience and build an internal process knowledge base. Compile general process technology standardized operation instructions (Sops), process control benchmark documents or process technology control checklists to ensure the consistency of process execution throughout the entire production line Introduction of automated processes – 25%
• Define or break down the operation processes of key products and procedures, conduct research on automated equipment in related optical communication production links, collaborate with the automation team for project initiation review and project promotion, and enhance production efficiency and process stability. Closed-loop improvement of process-related anomalies – 10%
• For production anomalies related to processes, IPQC/FQC issue points, and RMA, etc., collaborate with product engineers to analyze and improve them, and promote the rollout and implementation of mature improved processes to multiple products. Cost reduction – 10%
• Through continuous process optimization and the introduction of automated assessment, reduce the manufacturing costs.

  New Product Process

  Review – 10%

• Participate in the early process review of new products, including DFM and DFA .
• Identify the difficulties and risk points in the process in advance and provide improvement suggestions. Assess the impact of the differences between the new process and the mass production standard process, and advance the process standardization. Industry technology tracking and optimization iteration – 10%
• Track the industry development trends of cutting-edge optical communication processes, evaluate process strategies suitable for related product routes, continuously optimize existing processes, and achieve improvement goals such as increased yield and reduced manufacturing costs. 任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Optics, Telecommunication, Physics, Electronics, Photonics, Mechanics or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3+ years of working experience in Optical Communications/Electronics Manufacturing (or related) industry and above.

  Process

  Engineering work experience is preferred.

• Good command of English communication, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good spoken English preferred.
• Capacity of theory to infer hypothesis based on experiments phenomenon and data.
• Capacity of understanding and operating quality analysis tools, such as Minitab to run Design of Experiments (DoE), Pareto yield analysis and SPC monitor etc.
