Process Engineer

Perform process calculations and deliver process documents for the proposals and projects followed by the company while ensuring the plant will meet the contractual performances.

Responsibilities

• Perform and optimize process simulations and calculations according to the contractual commitment with customers.
• Size the equipment designed by E&C Hangzhou (cryogenic columns, Front End Purification unit, Air/water and Nitrogen/water towers) and main pipes including deriming lines, valves, relief valves and flow meters
• Issue Process Datasheets for all equipments and instruments in process scope.
• Establish PFD and Material/Heat Balances
• Check, validate and comment from a process perspective the drawings established by E&C Hangzhou and the equipment feedbacks from suppliers
• Participate to review meetings (e.g. PFD, PID or Process reviews)
• Provide process support to Service Group // Standard Product Dpt
• Participate or support plant commissioning when necessary.
• Capitalize plant performances
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on process topics

Qualifications

• Master degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or Cryogenic
• Familiar with ASU process knowledge and strong knowledge in Thermodynamics
• Good communication skill and team work spirit, rigorous and sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Mastery of basic Microsoft Office
• Good English.
