该职位来源于猎聘 In the product introduction/change, introduction Production Equipment Investment process:

• Lead full PEIP workflow for capital equipment & tooling investment(BEV).
• Secure that the process is able to assemble the new product before introduction. Be the engineering departments interface for/when new product/variants in existing process occurs. Secure specification and if needed handle the exception from requirement process.

You should collaborate with other professionals and be able to make useful recommendations wherever possible. To be successful as a engineer, you should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for technology. Outstanding engineers possess sound knowledge of their trade and superb active listening skills.

• All the Axle, gearbox product related topics (Product drawings, 2D/3D, CPDs, product specification)
• Lead full PEIP workflow for capital equipment & tooling investment, including initiation, budget evaluation, approval application.
• Draft equipment SOR, organize RFQ, supplier selection & technical review, AP preparation, negotiate technical agreement with vendors.
• Follow up equipment manufacturing progress, conduct FAT at supplier site and SAT on site after installation & commissioning, SOP and SOCOP preparation.
• Liaise with Process, facility, logistics, IE, Maintenance, Purchase, Finance, Production & Quality teams to ensure on-time line launch per NPI milestone.
• Archive all project documents, support fixed asset posting & financial closing, optimize PEIP standard procedure continuously.
• Control Capex budget strictly, handle ECN & project change request with formal approval.
• Familiar with NPI product development and Green Arrow mass production release process.
• Previous BEV project experience is a strong plus.
• Global product related meeting (CPL/CAM/SCR/ECO...) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or above
• Related working experience in vehicle companies （3~5 Years working experience in OEM plant is preferred）
• Experience as a engineer is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use MS Office 365
• Can Read/written/oral communicate of English is preferred
• Cross functional teamwork and good communication skill is preferred
• Previous experience working in heavy trucks industry with transmission components is meriting.
