该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary 负责工艺规划、新产品生产导入、新制造技术的推广实施，并支持工艺持续改进工作 Process planning, launching the manufacturing of new product, roll-out new manufacturing technology and support the process CI activity 负责塑料件、空滤芯、空调滤芯、燃油滤芯、液体过滤器零部件及空气过滤器零部件的制造工艺开发，并通过优化制造工艺持续提升效率和质量表现 Responsible for manufacturing process development of plastic parts,air element,cabin filter, liquid filter parts and air filter parts, continuously improve efficiency and quality performance by optimizing manufacturing process Main Accountabilities  负责新项目的报价支持, 提供工艺方案等信息 Responsible for the new project quotation, such as process data etc.  确定并开发制造方案，包括工艺布局（需考虑样件/试制阶段的经验教训） Determine and develop the manufacturing concept including process layout (considering lessons learned from prototyping phases)  在遵循现有标准的前提下，明确所需设备、工装和夹具 Specify required machines, tools and fixtures respecting available standards  确定所需的工艺计划安排及人员配置 Define required process schedule and personnel  验证并确认产品的制造可行性 Verify and confirm manufacturing feasibility of product

 检查现有及所需设备，针对所需资本性设备准备资本支出申请Capex Request并取得批准 Check available and required equipment and prepare capex request for required capital equipment and obtain approval  根据体系标准和/或其他适用标准，编制所需的工艺文件（如PFMEA, Flow chart, Lay-out, WI, Jig list, CMK, CPK等），并负责C-project, EWF, CDB, SAP的工艺输入。 Develop the process documentation required by the systematic standard and/or other applicable standards (PFMEA, Flow chart, Lay-out, WI, Jig list, CMK, CPK and so on）, responsible for the EWF, CDB, SAP process input.  负责新产品试制过程中的工艺准备，如工艺布局、设备及模具的概念设计和采购申请，设备模具的接收、调试、放行 Responsible for the preparation of new products process, such as process layout, equipment & tooling concept design and procurement applications, equipment & tooling reception, commissioning, release.  负责新项目样品制作、客户评审，以及run & rate, 确保工艺有效性和高效性。 Responsible for the new project sample manufacturing, customer audit, and run & rate. To ensure the process effectiveness and efficiency.  通过定期参加项目组会议、汇报状态并与其他团队成员协作，为项目成功作出贡献 Contribute to project success by regular attendance of project team meetings, reporting of status and co-operation with other team members  按照项目时间节点及时完成本职工作 According to the project time plan to complete the job in time.  负责维护量产产品工艺， 包括工艺文件和CDB、SAP等系统维护 Responsible to maintain the mass production process and system maintain such as SAP and CDB  负责对操作工艺的技术培训和指导 Be in charge of technical training and guide for operating process.  支持量产工艺的工艺改进及质量改进 Support the CI process team for process improvement and quality improvement  完成主管安排的其他相关工作 Fulfill other necessary tasks which are planned by the supervisor

Experience: ＞ 4 years of relevant work experience in Production Planning area in the

Automotive Industry Certificates: CET4/6 Knowledge & Skill:

Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949

• Experience and knowledge in APQP tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.)
• Production Engineering knowledge of applied technologies in M H
• Knowledge of Lean Production Principles and M H Production Basics
• Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, cProjects, CIMDATABASE, SAP…)

English language skills

• Willingness to travel temporarily Additional requirements:
• ＞ 5 years of relevant work experience in Production Engineering area in the Automotive Industry
• ＞ 3 years of experience as team member in M H xSEP project
• Fluent in (technical) English (written and spoken)

Good communication skills

• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for up to several weeks
• Ability to work together and co-ordinate an international team Personal Quality:  Available to business trip (occasional, as needed for support satellite plants)  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills  Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment  Ability to establish and reach work goals with little supervision
