Process Engineer

工作职责:

Production/Process Support

• Trouble shooting and root cause analysis for production/process problems within team
• Participate in daily SQDC meeting, take short and long term actions accordingly
• Regular onsite support of production to understand link to SQDC issues and take corrective actions
• Analyze production KPI and improve cycle time, scrap and other related Key Performance Indicators
• Execution and Improve of measurement system analysis (MSA)

Project Support

• Realize type integrations on production line, follow requirements from drawings/ colleagues
• Do first setup and trail runs on the machine together with Team, optimize and ensure performance
• Coordinate project / set up and optimize process until quality release, PPAP are fulfilled
• Create WI (operation, change over, calibration), lesson learnt documents and realize training

Others

• Track tooling purchasing and manufacturing, ensure cost/ time & quality for tooling
• Continious improvemnts on tools, machine, process
• Personal leading in his own skilled area, as well as team work participation with good communication
• Work on additional tasks assigned by leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor in mechanical engineering or related background.
• Fluent oral English speaking ability.
• Prefer experience in automotive or automated industry, technical understanding
• Knowledge in automated manufacturing processes (assembly/ forming/ machining
• Understanding of IATF 16949 standard & related experience.
• CAD and tooling design (preferred SolidWorks)
