Production Supervisor

• Execute production, Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and the timely delivery of products.
• Responsible for daily management of workshop and KPI improvement, reports results/actions daily.
• Recruit, train, and develop production team members. Set clear work goals and performance standards for line leader and conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions. communicate with employees regularly to understand their demands and find the way to solve the problems.
• Implement cost - reduction initiatives, such as optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and improving equipment utilization.
• Manage production consumables and tools etc. and conduct reasonable procurement based on demand.
• Cooperate and drive Foss Flow continuous improvement and other related tasks.
• Cooperate with EHS management system and implement in plant.
• Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management & Rules and Regulation & Employee handbook of the company
• Make sure that the decisions that are done, are made with the premises, what is best for FOSS. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Have relevant knowledge in production management, industrial engineering principles, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience with a multi-national company
• Proficient in English reading and writing, and able to use English as the working language.
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel and Power BI software.
• Have experience leading production teams and driving process improvements with lean concept.
• Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Be able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Have strong problem - solving and decision - making skills, capable of handling complex production issues.
• Knowledge or experience with manufacturing systems (forecasting, MRP, labor, costing)
