该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: 1, Act as Purchasing representative within Program Core Teams for whole new product development phases, reporting functionally to Manager/Teamed for Program Purchasing.
2, Manage all procurement, sourcing and supplier-focused activities for BUY parts and tools. Coordinate and trigger NPP Category team on sourcing of MAKE tools and customer specific equipment. 3, Drive the implementation of Purchasing & Commodity Strategies along with material and/or supplier sourcing activities. Utilize global approval supplier panel by close alignment with Category Managers and Supplier Quality. 4, Achieve program milestones and reach relevant KPIs, coordinate other functions’ activities in order to reach common goals.
Ensure transparency of project status and KPIs for whole purchasing organization. 5, Perform target cost, cost structure and value analysis on material level. Leverage the network of the entire purchasing organization and proactively drive knowledge transfer. 6, Ensure early supplier involvement into the product development process in order to optimize costs, time to market and product quality/functionality (QCD). 7, Prepare and perform full sourcing activities from RfI/RfQ to supplier contracting. Perform and/ or support negotiations in close alignment with the Category Management and Contract Management.
Apply advanced negotiation concepts where possible. 8, Drive sourcing decision tasks on the basis of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) as well as
Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) criteria in timely and close alignment with the Category and Supplier Quality organization in respect to defined processes and guidelines to secure the best sourcing decision for Plastic Omnium Lighting. 9, Run comprehensive data analysis to support business case presentations within available tool landscape. Evaluate potential sourcing risks, especially related to material availability, supply chain interruptions and supplier performance. Support or initiate risk buy activities.
Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Management, Quality, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management 2, Minimum of 3 years of relevant purchasing experience within automotive industry. 3, Knowledge of relevant Commodity including but not limited to cost drivers and models, global supplier panel and market situation evolution 4, 3. With the knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 requirements and following the requirements for daily operation 5, Good level understanding of Project Management (official certification as advantage). 6, Regional experience and exposure to high-level internal stakeholders is mandatory.
