岗位职责：

• Supports company level project Q.C.D achievement cooperating with the Project managers; 与项目经理合作，支持公司层面的项目质量控制成果
• Manages department and company level regular meeting about project management, publish meeting minutes; 组织部门及公司级项目管理例会，发布会议纪要
• Optimize the resource allocation of projects portfolio on company level via monitoring platform team workload; 通过监控平台团队工作量，优化公司层面项目组合的资源配置
• Optimize the project management policies, procedures, via definition, optimization, standardization of Project relative templates and other shared documents; 通过定义、优化、标准化项目相关模板和其他共享文件，优化项目管理政策、流程
• Monitor project status via publishing PMO report monthly; 通过每月发布PMO报告来监控项目状态
• Assist project managers to import Gateway files in WINDCHILL system; 协助项目经理导入WINDCHILL系统中的Gateway文件
• Organize and lead the training about project management methodology application 组织和领导项目管理方法应用培训
• Administration support to Project Management Director 为项目管理总监提供行政支持 Requirements

任职要求：

• Previous experience within Projecting / Process Development / Process Engineering and/or Project Management for International Projects. 具有国际项目项目规划/工艺开发/工艺工程和/或项目管理经验
• More than 5 years of experience，previous experience within Projecting / Process Development / Process Engineering and/or Project Management for International Projects. 5年以上工作经验，有国际项目项目规划/工艺开发/工艺工程和/或项目管理经验
• Mechanical/Management Engineering 机械/管理工程
• Bachelor Degree or above 本科及以上学历
