Wuhu is a growing manufacturing operation located in Wanzhi District, Anhui Province, with a focus on high-voltage DC contactors and related products for new-energy applications. Since commencing production in 2023, the site has continued to expand its manufacturing capabilities, including highly automated production lines, while supporting both international and domestic new-energy markets. As part of Wuhu’s established automotive and new-energy industry ecosystem, the site provides engineers and manufacturing professionals with opportunities to work on electrification technologies, advanced manufacturing and business growth in a fast-developing environment POSITION SUMMARY The Project/Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope for Japan, Korea, NA regions.

The Project/Program Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and brings solutions/opportunities • Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs • Report and escalate to management as needed • Assists in performing risk management to minimize project risks.

REQUIREMENTS • A bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of PM experience in Automotive – Commercial Vehicle Segment.

• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
• Independently lead overseas customer meetings, present project status/risks, and handle daily global communication.
