项目工程师 Project Engineer

工作职责:

• 确保公司内外客户的设计方案在要求期限内完成；

Ensure that design solutions are provided within the agreed time period to internal staff and external customers;

• 提供符合客户项目需求的项目图纸和定制的设计；

Provide project drawings and bespoke designs to meet customers project requirements;

• 针对每个项目，当地市场标准和规章制度以及旭格方法和设计原则来进行初步静态，热以及其它需要的计算；

Undertake preliminary static, thermal and other required calculations in accordance with individual project, local market standards and Schueco methods as well as design principles；

• 针对重点项目制作专门的订货手册和加工手册并提供工厂和现场技术交底；

Prepare the specific ordering manual and fabrication manual for certain key projects, then provide technical disclosure in workshop and on site；

• 确保设计方案要符合公司的技术要求；

Ensure that design solutions are in line with company technical conditions;

• 协助支持销售团队提供工程预算和投标报价；

Support the sales team to prepare the project budget and bid quotation;

• 协助合作伙伴检查材料订单和支持他们完成旭格项目的结算分析；

Assist fabricators to check material order lists and support them to finish the Schueco project settlement analysis;

• 与其他相关部门和机构沟通项目并以完成项目为目标；

Communicate with all relevant departments and bodies in order to achieve objectives;

• 及时通知经理任何相关信息和项目进展；

Inform the Manager of any relevant information and project developments in a timely manner;

• 完成工程总监安排的其他工作。

任职条件:

• 大学及以上学历，土木或机械工程专业毕业；

University degree or above majored in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;

• 5年以上幕墙行业设计和技术管理经验；

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the façade industry with an emphasis on design and technical management;

• 熟悉国内建筑行业的技术标准，及相关项目的商业流程；

Familiarity with the technical standard in national construction industry and commercial processes of relevant projects;

• 熟练的计算机知识，精通AutoCAD软件；

High standard in computer literacy, proficient in AutoCAD;

• 有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级或同等水平；

Good at English, CET 4 or equivalent level;

• 高级项目工程师必须在学历和任职经验上高于以上5条，并经过公司内部审核和批准。

Senior Project Engineer must be superior to the above 5 in qualifications and experience, and should be approved and audited by the company.
