responsibilities

• Make project plan based on target including milestone and WBS work breakdown.
• Cost control: BOM cost breakdown, quotation, cost reduction plan, budget tracking, variance review.
• Follow up on project milestones, weekly review and reports, and follow up on all deliverables for different stages.
• Risk control: risk assessment, take lead to find mitigation action plan, escalation in case of any urgent topic or support required
• Independently organize internal reviews and customer-stage review
• Organize and lead the team to make right decisions
• Project pipeline dashboard management and update 1.根据项目目标编制项目计划，包含里程碑节点及WBS工作分解 2.成本管控：BOM物料成本拆解、报价管理、降本方案制定、预算跟踪、偏差复盘 3.跟进项目里程碑，开展周度复盘与汇报，跟进各阶段全部交付物 4.风险管控：开展风险评估，牵头制定风险缓解应对方案；遇紧急事项或需要支持时及时升级上报 5.独立组织内部评审以及客户阶段评审 6.组织并带领团队做出合理决策 7.项目进度看板的管理与更新 Skills & experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 year of experience in components development and manufacture, plus if experience with automotive field or automotive customer related
• Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC tools
• Be familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and its requirement
• Interpersonal skills , coordination among different functions internally like R&D, Lab, processes, procurement, production, quality , finance; and also externally customer side
• Data driven and problem solving skill

PMP certification preferred

• Fluent written and oral English
• Good knowledge of PPT and other office tools
• Accommodate occasional travel -本科及以上学历，电气工程、机械工程或相关专业 -至少5年元器件开发与制造相关工作经验，有汽车行业或汽车客户对接经验优先 -熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC五大工具 -熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系及其相关要求 -具备良好人际交往能力，可协调内部研发、实验室、工艺、采购、生产、质量、财务等多部门，同时对接外部客户 -具备数据思维及问题解决能力 -持有PMP项目管理证书优先 -英语读写流利、口语熟练 -熟练使用PPT及其他办公软件 -能够接受偶尔出差
