• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering;
• More than 8 years experience and familiar with new product development process
• Team work sprit and good communication & coordination skills;
• Be able to work under pressure, good risk management, negotiation and motivational skills;
• Familiar with the operation of MS project software and MS Office;
• Good command of oral and written English. Responsibility:
• In charge of new product development projects;
• Interface and communication between portfolio and internal function in all phases of project development (from idea phase to market launch);
• Manage project gross margin actual vs. planning in order not to exceed target values set at planning phase;
• Responsible for project quality planning, establishing and maintaining timing, determining feasibility and assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule;
• Provide leadership for all core team and support team functions;
• Facilitate team communication internally and externally to run project smoothly.
