We develop and deliver advanced OCR, AI, and automation systems to help optimize gate, crane, and rail operations for container terminals worldwide. Now we are looing for highly qualified and exceptional talent to join us achieve greatness together Responsibilities：  Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, and up to client’s expectations  Define project schedules, manage activities, determine team priorities and drives the resolution of issues and defects;

 Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and communicate project risks to client and senior management  Ensure all project deliverables are satisfied with client (architecture, design documents, test cases, etc.)  Create and monitor the overall budget and assumptions  Drive and coordinate local and global cross-functional team throughout the whole process. Host and participate in different level of weekly, monthly meetings with different stakeholders.  Establish job processes for onsite team to ensure the timely implementation.  Continuous supervising the quality and the progress of the onsite installation & commissioning  Organizing the acceptance procedure Requirements：  College degree or above, major in Electrical/electronic engineering or Mechatronics or Computer engineering  More than 3 years’ experience in port industry or automation industry  OCR system knowledge is plus  Willing to business travel  Good both speaking and writing English.
